Summary
The questionnaires paint a very positive picture about the provision delivered by the school. Comments related to homework, “Do Bee” letters and the communication of progress to parents. These are all issues that we have been discussing as a staff, governing body and alongside school council and will continue to do so.
Homework is an issue which produces a wide variety of parental views and will be one which we continue to monitor. We are working towards having an appropriate method of feeding more detail back to parents. The issue of children receiving “Do Bee” letters during assembly has recently been discussed with the school council which appears in the minutes of their previous meeting.
We shall also look at communicating our procedures regarding complaints.
Thank you again for taking the time to complete the questionnaires.
